Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Conqr Social platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
Account Registration & Access
To utilize the services provided by Conqr Social, you must:
- Provide authentic, accurate, and current contact information during workspace registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your administrative passwords and access tokens.
- Promptly notify Conqr Social in the event of any unauthorized account access or security breach.
Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Conqr Social solely for lawful business marketing purposes. You explicitly agree not to:
Do not transmit unsolicited bulk messaging or artificial spam campaigns.
Do not decompile, crawl, or attempt to extract source code or core algorithms.
Do not publish hate speech, illegal content, or infringe upon third-party copyright.
Do not flood APIs or bypass system throttling mechanisms.
AI Content & User Responsibility
Our platform features built-in AI copywriting tools and optimization models. When using AI features:
- Editorial Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated captions, hashtags, and images prior to public broadcasting.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership rights to the content you create and publish through the platform.
Third-Party Social Networks
Conqr Social integrates with third-party social media networks (such as Meta Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, and LinkedIn). Your use of these integrated channels is subject to each respective platform's developer policies and terms of service. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms, including API rate limits, downtime, or account suspensions imposed directly by those networks.
Limitation of Liability
Conqr Social is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will Conqr Social, its officers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of business revenues, reputation, or social media reach) resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access immediately if we detect material breaches of these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically; continued usage following notice of updates represents your agreement to the modified terms.
